Sub-to-Srt updated - aug 2019

Rewrote the srt array build script to allow for repeated and non sequential indices.
I had occasion to merge a forced srt with the standard srt in a text editor.
Pulling the resulting file into Sub-to-Srt will now correctly re create the correct index sequence when you click on the "Re-Index" button.
Sub-to-Srt is available in "sample stacks".
