Baidu is the dominant internet search engine company in China. Spider means its digging through the content to create search engine data to use for search results later.

Ah: so the Communist Republic can trawl though the LiveCode forums to see if it contains any words that might be construed
in any way critical of the PRC so that they can be either banned or filtered for the PRC's internal internet.

That really makes me want to write "Tiananmen Square" and post URLs to places where:
