How could a bot post be so poorly written?

I at least expect good grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Actually, I was serious. How could any form of AI, and I have firsthand experience with their getting technical topics wrong, abuse their "native" language to such an extent? It almost makes me think this is a real human.

Well, were they real I'd have expected them to respond to our abuse by now. 8)

I suspect that was not a real human, nor a robot, but a 'roBBot'; a cunningly crafted type of A.I. to throughly confuse us.

It's a real robot, using real Artificial Intelligence to learn from existing internet forum data how to make a spam post, and copied / generated from some of the many classic examples left by real human spammers. Or maybe actually it's a next-generation AI and has learnt the finest art of post-mangling from some of the lame first generation spam bots.
