Get things done or check lists done in LiveCode?
Hello,
a customer ask me for a software for check lists or GTD, which should be used in the intranet (html - LiveCode as Web App) by some pleople.
Before I start programming a new GTD-Software, I like to ask in here, did anyone something like this before?
Looking forward to the answers.
Best regards, Jens.

Hi Jens,
we know us from MTN, right?!
Sorry, I cannot help you in this respect, I don't even haven an idea what exactly a GTD software should look like.
I only wanted to write something here, so you do not feel too frustrated in the pre-christmas time
Best
Klaus

Re: Get things done or check lists done in LiveCode?
Hi Jens,
thanks for the info and links, but do not know if this has been already done in LiveCode.
Did you subscribe to the "use-livecode list (full or digest)?
See here: http://lists.runrev.com/mailman/listinfo/use-livecode
You could ask there, since there are more listmebmers than forummembers.
At least worth a try

Re: Get things done or check lists done in LiveCode?
I highly doubt that there's a full GTD-compatible app made in Rev. Even if there is, I highly doubt that it'd be free to take and put into your own app. Said that, you might be able to sell a GTD-Livecode library to one or two people...

FWIW, in this month's issue of Ubuntu User I saw an article on ThinkingRock, a GTD-centric planner for Linux, Windows, and OS X:
http://www.trgtd.com.au/
It's not made with Rev, but if you're just looking for a solution, or researching competition, it may be worth knowing about.
