Call action on arrow down in datagrid

I would like to call a function in my datagrid when I have scrolled down using the arrows
and reached the last record. The purpose of this is it will load additional records into
the datagrid at this time but i'm not sure how to call the action.
Deving on WinVista Home Prem. SP2 32 bit. Using LiveCode 4.6.1 Pro Build 1392
