Coverflow?

Is there anyway in RunRev to build an interface with a Cover Flow feature like in ITunes?
Deving on WinVista Home Prem. SP2 32 bit. Using LiveCode 4.6.1 Pro Build 1392

Thanks guys. I think RRP's solution sounds solid. I'm not sure about how I would use a javascript solution.
