Hi,
The best way to update animated content seems to download new stacks. Some people here said it is possible, technically.
But can Livecode team tell us if it is legally accepted by Apple Store ?
1/ Can I have an app and download livecode stack to update its content without any infringement of the Apple Store rules ?
2/ Otherwise, does in-app purchase can download live code stack as new content ?
3/ Last, in-app purchase can be done with a price set to 0 (i.e free) ?
Sorry for these non technical questions.

Re: LiveCode Team : what is the rule ?
Hi Frédéric,
I only know that 1. is forbidden by Apple!
Downloading a stack = downloading CODE and that is what Apple does not like at all!
No idea about 2. (although this is similar to 1.) and 3.
Best
Klaus

Note that this is a user forum. Usually, no staff ever replies here. If you need a definite answer directly from RunRev, you need to email them. They're usually quick and friendly
